
Citroen Aircross X Launched In India, Receives Cosmetic & Functional Enhancements
Citroen has updated the Aircross SUV with the new X package under its ‘2.0 – Shift Into The New’ strategy. The SUV receives cosmetic and functional changes to stay relevant in the market. The update adds a distinct ‘X’ badge externally, while keeping the design otherwise unchanged.
Design Changes
Buyers can choose from 10 exterior colours, including the new Deep Forest Green, along with several dual-tone combinations. A dual-tone roof can be added for Rs. 20,000.
Engine Options
Mechanically, the SUV continues with its 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine producing 82 HP, as well as a 1.2L turbo-petrol engine producing 110 HP, both paired with manual or automatic transmissions. Customers can also opt for a dealer-level CNG retrofit for enhanced efficiency. The SUV comes in both five- and seven-seat configurations.
Interior
Inside, the Aircross X enhances comfort by offering ventilated leatherette seats, ambient lighting, and a redesigned gear lever. The Aircross X features a 10.25-inch infotainment system, a seven-inch instrument cluster, and premium gold interior accents. These updates give the cabin a modern and upscale feel.
Features
Functionally, the SUV features Proxi-Sense, push-button start, cruise control, speed limiter, and projector LED fog lamps. An optional 360-degree camera is available for ₹25,000. Exclusive to the Max trim are Cara AI with 52 languages, remote alerts, and voice SOS.
Safety Features
On safety, the Aircross X comes with six airbags, ESP, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, and rear parking sensors.
