Comedian Roseanne Barr is laughing all the way to the bank after offloading her longtime Hawaii ranch for $650,000 over her $1.95 million asking price—securing a buyer within days of listing the 46-acre property.

Barr, 72, originally purchased the sprawling Honokaa macadamia nut farm for $1.78 million in 2007, and it served as the backdrop for her 2011 reality series, “Roseanne’s Nuts,” which documented her attempts to farm the land, alongside her partner, Johnny Argent, and her son, Jake Pentland.
