Suzuki Vision e-Sky Concept Revealed, Production Version To Launch In 2026-27
Suzuki Motor Corporation has revealed the Vision e-Sky concept as the Japan Mobility Show 2025 approaches. It previews a future compact EV designed under Suzuki’s new “Unique, Smart, Positive” philosophy. Suzuki represents its effort to merge futuristic design with practical urban mobility through the Vision e-Sky.
Design Changes
The Vision e-Sky’s exterior features a distinctive LED setup with multi-array lighting and C-shaped DRLs. Its floating C-pillar, flush door handles, and roof spoiler enhance its contemporary appeal. Aerodynamic wing mirrors and a flat nose emphasise efficiency and modern styling.
Suzuki has given the Vision e-Sky an upright stance with short overhangs for better cabin space. The Vision e-Sky measures 3,395mm long, 1,475mm wide, and 1,625mm tall. These proportions make it taller than the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso but shorter and narrower.
The two-tone exterior, featuring a white roof and black pillars, enhances visual contrast. Flared wheel arches and aero-optimized wheels emphasize sportiness and efficiency. Overall, the Vision e-Sky’s design balances futuristic appeal with practical proportions.
Interior
Inside, the cabin adopts a clean and futuristic layout. A squircle steering wheel with gloss-black controls complements dual digital displays. The driver’s display shows speed, range, and battery information, while the secondary screen manages infotainment features.
A wraparound dashboard enhances the sense of space inside the Vision e-Sky. LED ambient strips highlight the cabin’s futuristic character. The compact drive selector sits beneath the dashboard, ensuring ergonomic ease.
Suzuki might consider adjusting the mirror control placement for better convenience in the production model. Shades of blue and purple dominate the interior theme. Beige accents on the seats and armrests create a premium contrast.
The Vision e-Sky’s interior features split-type front seats that add a modern and upscale touch. Suzuki promises a maximum range exceeding 270km per charge for the Vision e-Sky. Suzuki is expected to commence production in FY2026, with more details to follow.
Outlook
Reports suggest Suzuki could launch a localised Maruti Suzuki electric hatchback in India by 2026-27. The Maruti Suzuki electric hatchback may share the K-EV platform with the Vision e-Sky. Suzuki’s concept symbolises Suzuki’s vision for affordable and futuristic urban electric mobility.
