Norton Motorcycles is expected to show off a total of 4 brand new motorcycles including the new V4 superbike at EICMA 2025. The other 3 bikes showcased will be smaller in both engine size and price and we have learned that one of them is likely to be a mid capacity adventure bike.
- Middleweight ADV will rival bikes like the Yamaha Tenere 700 and Aprilia Tuareg 660
- Will debut at EICMA November 4, 2025
Upcoming Norton ADV details
The bike will be powered by a twin-cylinder engine
What we know so far is that this bike will have a 600-700cc twin cylinder engine and that it is being benchmarked against the likes of the Yamaha Tenere 700.
No further details are known at this point, including whether this is a parallel twin or V-twin engine. The former is more likely, partly given the popularity of this engine format and the associated cost benefits it offers.
However there is also the fact that (Pre-TVS) Norton was working on a new motorcycle that used a 650cc parallel twin engine. That bike was called the Norton Atlas and it was to be sold in a few different iterations, but the project was shelved after TVS took over the company. However, there always is the possibility that this particular engine is a heavily reworked version of the Atlas motor for use in an entirely different motorcycle.
Given that sources have informed us that the bike is being benchmarked against the highly popular Yamaha Tenere 700 there are some safe assumptions we can make about what this bike could offer. That would include having a 21-inch front wheel, long travel suspension and a healthy appetite for off-road riding. Of course, there could also be a more road-biased sibling with a smaller front wheel, lower seat height and more road biased aspirations. We should know more about this when the company makes its grand reveal at EICMA on 4 November 2025.
Sudarshan Venu, (Chairman and Managing Director) of TVS motor recently shared with us that Norton motorcycles would place a high priority on design, detail and dynamism. With that we can expect to see premium motorcycles with a particular focus on quality and attention to detail. Look out for more information on the new Norton Motorcycles on our page.
